The clean lines are accentuated by practical flat arms, with luxuriously plump cushions on the spacious seat and back. Additionally, it comes complete with plush lumbar cushions, providing extra back support for an even cosier seating experience. This sofa embodies style and comfort, designed to be a charming centrepiece in any living space.
Frame
Hand-built frame made from solid kiln-dried beech wood and eco-ply, sustainably sourced from Forest Stewardship Council-certified European forests. The durable frame has been glued, screwed, doweled, and strengthened with screws for stability and longevity.
Fabric
Our sofas and armchairs are hand-upholstered in over 70 premium fabrics, including our natural and eco-fabrics. Prefer to use your own? It's not a problem; email us at info@slowsofa.com, and we can discuss it.

All of the frames for our sofas and chairs come with a lifetime guarantee as standard.
Cushions
Cushions are constructed using our eco natural latex foam, with a extra-soft feather topper for an exceptionally soft and supportive seat that keeps its shape and resists seat marks from use over time. They require minimal maintenance, just occasionally fluffing and plumping. It's also both recyclable and biodegradable and is mould, mildew and dust mite resistant. It's can last 20 times longer than a standard foam cushion. Back cushions: are constructed using eco fibre filling manufactured from waste PET plastic bottles, otherwise destined to end up in landfill.

Free fabric samples
Order a selection of free swatch samples to experience our fabrics at home. All of our materials are carefully sourced, producing the highest quality fabric with as little environmental impact as possible. Our natural fabrics are all biodegradable and manufactured without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Many of our man-made fabrics are produced from recycled materials diverted from landfill.
Reupholster your Slow sofa
Our reupholstery service breathes new life into well-worn pieces. At any point, you can return your sofa to us and we’ll strip it, recycle your old material and reupholster in your new choice of fabric. We mean it when we say, a sofa is for life.
Delivery & returns
Production
Your sofa or chair will be made to order in our workshops in the Yorkshire dales. We'll send you updates along the way as our team of makers bring your piece to life.
Delivery
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment. Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday, nationwide and costs £75, no hidden fees. We are committed to being transparent across our entire business.
Hassle-free returns
We want our refunds policy to be as simple as possible. If you’re not happy with your sofa, for whatever reason, drop us a message within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a courier to come and take it off your hands.
