After placing your order
Once you’ve placed your order with us we’ll give you a call to double check your requirements including fabric, style, colour and size. We’ll also ask you a few questions about access to your home, to check dimensions and make sure your sofa will fit on arrival.
Once your sofa is ready
We aim to deliver your sofa as soon as possible. Upon order, we can provide an accurate delivery timeframe. As soon as your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery costs £150 per sofa or chair and takes place Monday to Saturday, nationwide.
Worried your sofa might not fit?
We always advise you to check the dimensions of our products before you order. If you’re concerned your chosen sofa might not fit through your door, hallway or staircase when we deliver, just give us a call before you purchase and we’d be happy to talk it through.
