We want our no-hassle refunds policy to be as simple as possible. If you’re not happy with your sofa, for whatever reason, simply drop us a message within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a courier to come and take it off your hands.

Please note, any sofas ordered with additional bespoke options cannot be returned.

The cost to collect a sofa is £75. Once we've received your item and have checked it over to ensure it's returned in its original condition and packaging, we will refund you the full amount, minus the collection cost. You should receive a refund within 14 days. If you need to cancel your initial order, please do so within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund.
