Our website includes an AI Design Consultation that allows you to explore bespoke furniture, discuss ideas and receive an indicative quotation through a conversation using either text or voice.
The assistant is an automated AI system. It is not a human adviser.
What we collect
During your consultation we may collect:

- Measurements

- A written transcript of the conversation
If you choose to speak rather than type, your voice is processed only for the purpose of providing the conversation.
We do not intentionally retain voice recordings once the conversation has ended. We retain only the written transcript unless temporary processing is technically necessary to provide the service.
We do not use your voice to identify you.
We do not permit your conversations, transcripts or voice recordings to be used to train public AI models.

7. Advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Where you have chosen to receive marketing communications, we may use your email address to create advertising audiences on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Your email address is securely converted into an encrypted (hashed) format before being shared with Meta.
Meta compares this encrypted information against its own users to create a Custom Audience.
Meta does not receive your email address in a readable format during this process.
We may also ask Meta to create similar audiences (“Lookalike Audiences”) to help introduce Slow to people who may be interested in our products.
We only do this where you have given your consent to receive marketing.
We never sell or rent your personal information.

Our AI Design Consultation is operated on our behalf by specialist technology providers acting under written data processing agreements.

- Customer enquiries and quotations – We normally keep these for up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless they become part of an order.
- AI Design Consultation transcripts – We normally keep written transcripts for up to 12 months to help us respond to your enquiry and improve the service. Voice recordings are not retained.
- Orders, invoices and accounting records – We retain these for up to 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements.
- Marketing preferences – We keep a record of your marketing preferences until you withdraw your consent or ask us to remove your details.
- Website analytics – Analytics information is generally retained for up to 26 months, depending on the service being used.
Where information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. We may retain anonymous statistical information that can no longer identify you for analytical and reporting purposes.
